Silver Engineering has engineered the electrical systems for many large indoor shopping centers all over the United States, including typical 2-story retail centers stretching up to a third mile long and multi-story urban projects. Some high profile projects are the Pueblo Mall in Pueblo, Colorado; the Meadows Mall in Las Vegas; the Century Square Mall in Merrillville, Indiana; and the Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa, Oklahoma. And in California, the Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks; the Carson Mall in Carson; Santa Monica Place in Santa Monica; Mariners Fashion Island in San Mateo; Solano Mall in Fairfield; The Oakridge Mall in San Jose; The Barstow Mall in Barstow; and many others.
Neighborhood Shopping Centers
Among our lengthy list of projects is “strip” centers in Phoenix, Reno, Carson, Santa Ana, Woodland Hills, Hesperia, Encino, Paradise, Los Angeles, and many more.
Several large department stores and specialty shop chains have entrusted our firm with the design of many stores throughout the West Coast states. Our project list includes several stores for K-mart, J.C. Penny, Old Navy, Treasury, Office Depot, Pic’n’Save, Staples, McFrugals, C.H. Baker, Frederick's of Hollywood, Casual Corner, Burtons, and Petite Sophisticates.
From major retailers and home centers to small jewelry and linen shops, the list of individual shops, mall tenants, and large department stores is too long to display here. We have taken on challenges in decorative and display lighting that would sometimes seem impossible, but every client was left with sincere satisfaction that the lighting scheme would contribute to the success of their store.
Silver Engineering has designed many food retailers, including multiple locations for companies like Sizzler, Marie Callender, and Acapulco Mexican Restaurants. Most of these included complicated lighting control systems and extensive coordination with Kitchen Consultants.
